Please pray…

…for those outreaching to Muslim women, particularly during Ramadan, to have “eyes to see and ears to hear” (1 Cor. 2:9-16) so that they can discern God’s mind in spiritually complex times.

…for Muslim women who will certainly be intentional about their prayers and Qur’anic readings/recitations in anticipation of Ramadan’s “night of power” (Aug. 13). On this night their prayers count as extra righteousness for them, as some even believe their faithfulness to all-night prayer determines their fate for the next year and guarantees forgiveness of all past sins. Pray they will have opportunity to know Christ, who is their only hope for forgiveness and righteousness.

…for S. in Spain, who is clearly a daughter of peace in her community. Pray that she would respond wholeheartedly to Christ’s wooing, and that she would become a pillar of faith in this community.
