…for a church in PA that is opening its doors to adopting refugee families from predominately Muslim families. Pray as well that participant members gain insight and influence as they explore options for training church laity to teach ESL to the community’s growing Muslim population.

…that the Holy Spirit will smooth the way forward for S., a 30 year old Muslim woman who wants to “see Jesus”—for him to “come to [her] soon.” Successful surgery has recently relieved her of life-long disability that made her the object of abuse. Now she loves the way she feels when her Christian friend prays for her. S. has remained single and dependent upon her parents because of her disability. Pray especially for her mother who strongly resists what S. is finding. Pray that God will transform her miraculously, and that both women will know the fullness of life in Christ.

…for H., from a conservative Muslim country, who has come to faith in Jesus but seeks grace for her journey. Last Sunday, while she visited spiritual parents in America, her spiritual mother passed away unexpectedly. Pray that her grief will turn to joy as she personalizes her own hope for eternity in this context of her loved one’s home-going.

…for female workers in underground church contexts as they impact the lives of Muslim families for eternity. Pray for the anointing they need to serve, for wisdom as they proclaim and protect the message they share, and for confidence as they follow the call to minister.

…for Muslim women in your community, wherever you live—that they will seek God and that God will use you and other women like you to reach them.

…that Christian guest-workers (i.e. teachers, business leaders, house servants, nannies, hotel staff, etc.) in restricted Islamic countries would find favor and opportunity for influence in their work contexts.

…that like Hagar, Muslim women everywhere who find themselves in life’s deserts will seek God and know that He “sees” them, and blesses them with provision and promise.

…that friendships forged between Muslim and Christian women on university campuses will draw Muslim girls to the Truth.

…that God will bless female Christian workers in Somalia, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, and Syria with fresh anointing for service and for fruitful friendships with Muslim neighbors.

…for two female Muslim seekers, one from Afghanistan and one from the Arabian Peninsula who find their safety compromised by the enemy of their souls. Pray that they will trust what they know of Jesus to keep and cover them in their journeys.

…for G. and F., sons of a Muslim background believing mother who worries for her sons and asked us specifically to pray for their salvation. Their situation is complex.

…for Muslim women everywhere to hunger for the love Jesus offers them, and that they would have courage to receive it.

…that Christian women everywhere would be compelled by love that indeed conquers all fear to engage in relationship with Muslim women who languish without it.

…that Muslim background believing women will have special Spirit-inspired, anointed opportunity to shine the love of Jesus into the lives of their unbelieving spouses and children.

…for the sons of R., a Muslim background believer who longs to see them come to faith. She and her husband pastor a church of Muslim converts. They have paid a heavy price to serve the way they do. Their children have suffered with them, and to date, do not profess faith in Jesus. R.’s heart’s cry is that her boys accept Christ into their hearts.

…for a missionary mother and others like her who grieve, having to leave children in boarding schools while they plant churches in desolate, difficult places. God doesn’t ask everyone to sacrifice in this way, but he does ask it of some. Pray that parents and children alike will know the precious peace that comes from a life of sacrifice for his name’s sake. Pray for their safety and for spiritual stamina to continue in obedience and faithful service.

…for an outreach to Muslim girls in a sensitive country. Outreach leaders are starting a journey into sustainability plans for the community centers that teach the girls holistic life skills. Girls benefit from the chance to improve their quality of life, but mostly they learn to love Jesus and to rely on him for their needs. Pray for the Lord give the leaders wisdom and discernment as they map out possibilities for center sustenance.

…for efforts being made by women in India to make an outreach to disadvantaged Muslim girls financially self-sustained. This is a big step that requires vision, new skill sets, and up-front investments. Pray that efforts will be successful, and that through this outreach Muslim girls and women will be empowered spiritually first, and then empowered in ways that will lift them (and their families and communities) from cycles of poverty and stifled success.

…that God will provide for Say Hello’s finances this year, so that the Good News will efficiently and effectively reach Muslim women who have never received it.

…for Muslim background believing women to have ready access into the hearts and spiritual journeys of their Muslim sisters. Please pray that God would give them passion, vision, wisdom, courage, and most of all, special anointing for the privilege of sharing Him forward, always.

..for Say Hello in India this week. With the help of AGWM’s Sustain Hope, we are working to help a local, vital ministry to Muslim girls and women in a large city become self-sustained. Pray that we will have wisdom and creativity as we interact with program directors, staff, and the Muslim girls they serve.

…specifically for a Kenyan woman who has followed God’s call to reach women of a specific Muslim people group in her country. Pray for fruitful friendships and encounters, and for provision as she labors alone at this point in her ministry.

…for the Ethiopian Assemblies of God, as they ramp up their passion and focus to reach the Muslims in their nation. Pray specifically that male leadership will affirm, inspire, and empower the women in their districts and churches for ministry among their Muslim neighbors.

…for Syrian refugee women and children who have been served the gospel by Christians over the past few months. They come and go, but seed has been planted. Pray that these dear ones will have future encounters with believers that will draw them closer to Jesus. Pray that the ones who have started to love Jesus will grow as believers and find venues for discipleship.

…for one Syrian woman in particular who has heard the gospel and has had loving witness, but is separated from Christians by war. Pray that the seed planted will bear fruit, and that she will seek Jesus, that he will reveal himself to her and become the object of her worship.

…for Say Hello in Ethiopia this week, as we inspire and equip leaders for outreach to Muslim women. Pray for travel mercies, for divine encounters, and for favor among those whose God’s heart is moving toward ministry to Ethiopian Muslims.
