• for barren Muslim women who are bowed low under the weight of shame in their culture and religion. May they come to know the One who longs to be “the glory and the lifter of [their] heads.” (Psalm 3:3)

• for a group of Christian women in a sensitive nation who were recently arrested for suspicion of evangelism among Muslims. Please pray for their well-being and safe extradition to their home country. May the Lord grant the communities of faith in both nations peace and boldness as they endeavor to glorify His Name.

• for Fatemeh “Mary” Mohammadi, a young Iranian Christian activist who has been recently convicted of charges for “Christian activities and disrupting the public order.” Please pray Mary will be encouraged and strengthened in the Lord and in the power of His might regarding her sentence and flogging. (This is a follow-up report to a request posted in February).

• for Lydia, an Iranian convert, as she awaits a verdict regarding her defection from the Islamic faith. Please pray that she, along with her family, will be strengthened in their Christian faith, and that the judge will be lenient and drop all criminal charges.

• for deaf and hearing-impaired Muslim women. May they find the Lord Jesus as the One who will meet them at every point of need. Ask Him to call forth more laborers to sacrificially work among them to share His love.

• that the Holy Spirit would draw Muslim women as they make their final preparations for Ramadan’s commencement on April 23. In all of their efforts to obtain favor and forgiveness, may their hearts be especially opened to Christ’s redemptive work on their behalf.

…for a renewal of strategic ministry to Muslim families in Burkina Faso amid escalating violence. Muslim women comprise over thirty percent of the population; may they soon hear of the love and grace of God’s Son.

…for creative means that Christian women can employ in this current phase of “social distancing.” As we endeavor to continue impacting Muslim women for the sake of the Gospel, may the Lord guide every conversation as He goes before us.
