Prayer Requests for the Week of July 25

Please pray:

for Indonesia’s 115 million Muslim women to hear the Truth of Jesus as they encounter Christians willing to share with them. Pray especially for those in the Papua province, which is experiencing extremist violence.

that God would melt each Muslim woman’s fears of deity into hunger for God’s presence (Ps. 119:81; Jn. 6:35).
for all the new global workers who have been commissioned this summer to go to the world’s Muslim peoples with the gospel message. May they raise their budgets quickly as they watch the Lord provide for their every need in getting to the field.

that this week’s Eid celebrations will hold many opportunities to share with Muslims regarding God’s ultimate provision for humanity: the final sacrifice of His Son, Jesus (Heb. 10).

that each Muslim woman would find the God who is always near and knowable, who sees her and loves her unconditionally (Ps. 119:151; 145:18; Acts 17:27; Heb. 10:22).
for single, female Muslim background believers (MBBs) to find good husbands who love Jesus.

for the Lord’s intervention in the ongoing violence in northern Nigeria that has resulted in mass kidnappings of high school students from Christian communities. for the students participating in the Summer Institute of Islamic Studies hosted by AGTS and Global Initiative over the next two weeks. May they be fueled with passion and knowledge to reach the world’s Muslim peoples.
wherever a Muslim woman is, the Church would stand out in its efforts to receive her and patiently invite her to belong (Is. 43:1; I Cor. 3:23).
for Muslim women in West Bengal, India to encounter Jesus. Pray specifically for the city of Kolkata and ask the Lord to bless the Christian workers laboring there.

for a Say Hello friend who has just learned that an Afghan family she had befriended some years ago is moving back to her neighborhood and has reached out for support. The Muslim family has recently suffered significant loss.
for Say Hello as we prepare for seminars that will be attended by hundreds of Latin American Christian women who want to learn more about sharing Truth with Muslim neighbors.

for disabled Muslim women who have been enshrouded in shame for far too long. May they feel the presence of Jesus envelope them as the Holy Spirit convinces them of the all-sufficiency of Jesus Christ.
for Muslim women in severely restrictive countries to seek freedom and find it in Christ. Pray especially for those in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iran today.
that wherever a Muslim woman is, God would raise up friends for her—Christian girls who will lovingly share faith in the context of Christ-led friendships.

for Christian women who teach English as a second language to Muslim women and girls — that they would have opportunity to share Christ with them.

for wisdom and safety for the wife and son of A., a Saudi convert who has been imprisoned. May the Lord provide for their every need.
that everywhere a Muslim woman exists, she becomes a seeker of Truth (John 8:32; 14:6; 2 Cor 3:18).

that Muslim women in America’s urban centers will seek Jesus and His Truth.
for innovative outreach among the Muslim women of Djibouti. This African nation boasts considerable religious freedom for foreigners; as a strategic port city, it attracts many from other areas that lack adequate Gospel witness. May these Muslim women who find themselves in Djibouti also find a Christ follower who can point them to Jesus.
