Prayer Requests for the Week of March 20

Please pray:

• regarding a Christian worker who has been meeting with a young woman in Senegal who is open and curious about spiritual things. She is also engaged to become the second wife of a man 20 years older. Please pray “that she will hunger for the truth found in Jesus, and that she will begin to understand her value as a woman in Christ.” Pray that the Lord would preserve her, that she might one day serve Him in a family context that honors God. (This request comes directly from WAAST).

• for a Middle Eastern friend that our Global Initiative/Say Hello team befriended a few years ago. This Muslim is actively seeking Truth regarding who Jesus is and is expressing a deep desire to access a Bible, though none is available in the area. Many seeds have already been planted and watered; please earnestly pray for breakthrough and a release from everything that hinders so this precious friend might fully commit to Christ.

• for a greater outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon all believers engaged in active proclamation of the gospel among the world’s 1.9 billion Muslims. May signs and wonders truly accompany the preaching of the Word like never before as Jesus is glorified among the nations!
