Please pray…

… for Christian women living in the country of Chad, as a stream of 40,000 Muslims have fled there to escape fighting in the Central African Republic (CAR). Pray that these women will be intentional in reaching out and ministering to the Muslim women living as refugees, and that Muslim women will led to Christ.

… for Muslim children to have the opportunity to learn about Jesus Christ. Children make up over 40 percent of the global Muslim population. Pray that these children will find Christ and will share, with humility and boldness, with their parents.

… for Muslim women in Yemen,. They are often subject to sharia law and have little opportunity to learn about Jesus Christ.

…that every Muslim mother in America and Canada (where Mother’s Day is celebrated this May 11) would yearn for what Father God offers her. May she become His daughter.

…that Muslim women who are barren would find solace in God who “sees” them—and that they will trust Him for all their needs. One of the Muslim woman’s greatest fears is barrenness. She derives much of her value from motherhood.

…for the mothers of Nigeria’s abducted teens to be comforted in their sorrow and grief. Pray for their daughters’ safety and release from captivity.

Urgent: Nigeria’s largest church network, the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), has called for prayer and fasting for the safe release of 230 teenage school girls abducted last week. Reports have surfaced that some of the girls have been sold as brides by/to the Boko Haram Muslim terrorist group. The girls are majority Christian.

This week, Say Hello is dialoguing with a like minded ministry about partnerships in the near future. Please ask the Lord to direct our conversations, and help us know His mind for maximized ministry.

Please pray that women in America would not be enticed into Islam via dating and/or marriage prospects. The highest rate of conversions to Islam in America takes place among women who convert because they marry Muslim spouses. The consequences of these unions are steep.

…with friends in Indonesia who have just begun a 40-day prayer focus for the Bugis people in that land. Please remember to pray for specifically for the women, whose needs and influence are great. Pray that God will give them unhindered access to His Good News.

…for Laura, a worker who needs clear direction for her work among Muslim friends. Pray for her mission leadership as this week they consider ways to support and empower her impactful ministry.

…that the national and district leaders of Christian denominations globally will be compelled to know more about the Muslims in their realm of influence, and that they will seek and put into motion plans for outreach to them. Pray specifically that their message would touch the hearts of Muslim women for the sake of God’s Kingdom and His Glory.

…for Say Hello’s sisters in Paris who will re-inaugurate their salon outreach to Muslim women this month. They had just opened in May of 2013, and suffered a complete roof collapse in early September. Please ask the Lord to give them a strong second start.

…for Say Hello sister leaders in Paris and in India, who face personal dilemmas in ministry. Pray that they will know God’s extravagant presence, and that they would receive clear direction for ministry decisions.

…for a Muslim background believer who has encountered controversy in her outreach endeavors. She asks that we pray for her family’s safety.

….that “the favor of the Lord our God [would] rest upon us; establish the work of our hands for us” (Ps. 90:17) as Christian women everywhere respond to God’s will for our friendships with Muslim neighbors.

….that Zanzibar’s 1% Christian minority females would be called and empowered for impactful outreach to islands’ very conservative Muslim majority population. The Zanzibari Muslim woman has virtually no hope for salvation, barring the testimony of local believers who would brave immense obstacles to reach her.

…that Central Asia’s Muslim women would hunger for relationship with Christ, and that Central Asia’s Christian women would be compelled to serve them the Good News.

…for a Muslim mother in Russia, who has been influenced by Islamic fundamentalist factions. Pray that she will recognize Truth in the life and words of her Christian friend, and that she will choose Jesus.

…for a Christian couple in Spain who is reaching out to a Muslim couple there. The Muslim man converted Islam; the woman has been Muslim since birth. Pray that the friendship between these two couples will be used to draw this Muslim marriage to Jesus.

…that two female Muslim background believers in Crimea (Ukraine), who moved there to serve the Gospel to their Crimean Tatar people group, would minister everlasting hope to disillusioned seekers.

…for a Say Hello team member who will travel for an extended time of ministry to a sensitive Muslim context. Pray that her presence will uplift local leaders and that her friendships with Muslim girls will be fertile soil for the tender planting of Good News seed.

…for Latin American women who are being wooed by Islam into conversions that are hosting Islam’s growth among them. Pray that they will seek Jesus for the significance they want and have not found in institutionalized faith of their forefathers.

Currently E. works for pay at a Christian fellowship; please pray that at her job she sees Jesus living in others, and that she chooses to invite Him to live in her heart, as well.

…for a Say Hello team member who travels with her husband to a very sensitive country this week, where they will train underground church workers for outreach to the unreached. Pray that their key impact will reproduce itself in the lives of workers for generations to come.

…that God will bless the friendships of American businesswomen and their Muslim clients with special favor, for the sake of His glory.
