Prayer Requests for the Week of October 22

Please pray:

  • for a Muslim refugee’s infant son, who has developed significant complications following his premature birth. Pray for peace and restoration of health for this precious baby, and that through the coming weeks and months, his whole family will acknowledge the goodness of Jesus on active display in their lives.

  • continually for the unfolding events in Israel and Palestine. Many Christian workers remain hunkered down and ready to serve the communities to which the Lord has called them. Pray as the Holy Spirit directs your intercession (Romans 8:26-27).

  • that as Halloween draws nearer in the US—and with it a fascination with fearful things—Muslim families will see that the only solution to fear is fervent trust in Jesus as Messiah. Pray that the fears entrapping Muslim women, especially, will be broken as the Truth of Jesus is revealed to them.

Prayer Requests for the Week of October 8

Please pray:

  • for a young woman who has recently been baptized in a staunch Islamic climate. The family instrumental in her salvation was just kicked out of the country. There are currently approximately 20 believers in her entire country, and the government is cracking down on them.

  • that influential female Muslim scholars and even exegetes of Islamic texts would be led to the Bible where Jesus awaits, and that therein the Word Himself would divinely conclude their searches for truth

  • for the Southeast Asian Bible school where Say Hello has been teaching. Pray that the entire spiritual landscape in the nation will shift as a result of these pastors and ministry leaders stepping out in faith to engage the Muslims around them with the Truth of Jesus Christ.

Prayer Requests for the Week of September 10

Please pray:

  • for countless relationships that began last month between Muslim university students who have been adopted by Christian families so they can welcome them to America, offer them loving hospitality, and speak Christ’s love into their lives.  Pray particularly for female Muslim students, whose roles in their own communities abroad can limit the freedom they have to embrace new friendships in the West.  Ask the Lord to protect their faith journeys.

  • that Africa’s 20 million Fulani women (mostly residing in Nigeria) will have opportunity to know Jesus.

  • that Muslim women will know Jesus as One who knows their contextual sufferings and lifts their burdens.
